UK standard delivery

Standard UK delivery is complimentary when your merchandise subtotal is £75 or more. Orders below that threshold are charged £3.95 at checkout.

Dispatch

We aim to prepare in-stock orders promptly. Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates rather than guarantees. During launches, promotions and peak periods, dispatch may take longer.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unworn, unwashed, unused and returned with original tags and packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene or legal reasons, certain sealed or personalised items may be excluded once opened or made to your specification. Any product-specific restriction should be clearly stated before purchase.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact hello@zs-royals.com with your order reference and photographs where appropriate so we can help.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or card provider.
