These terms apply when you purchase products from ZS Royals through zs-royals.com. They should be read together with our delivery & returns and privacy policies.

Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we confirm the order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error is identified or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Any applicable delivery charge is displayed before payment.

Product information

We aim to display colours, sizes, images and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor colour differences. Please use the size guide before ordering.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
